A third option would be to export your LinkedIn data, which includes your publishing history:

2. Select "Settings & Privacy"
3. Go to "Data Privacy"
4. Click "Get a copy of your data"
5. Select "Articles" from the data options
6. Once you receive your data, you can easily count your total articles
